The Disability Rights Movement gained momentum during the mid and late-1900s, culminating in the passing of the Americans with Disabilities Act in 1990. The work didn’t stop there! There have been countless folx who continue to fight for the rights and civil liberties that disabled people deserve. So often the stories and labor of our disabled QTBIPOC elders remain unknown. Let’s celebrate them by examining the astrology at play in their lives.
