UAC 2026

This lecture will look at the charts of various environmental disasters, such as the Ohio Train Derailment, Exxon Valdez, and Deepwater Horizon, through the lens of both Uranian (Symmetrical) Astrology and Astro*Carto*Graphy. We will also look at the chart of Hazel Johnson who coined the term Environmental Justice. Her Chicago neighborhood, Altgeld Gardens, sat in the center of a 14-square-mile ring of pollution, leading her to dub the neighborhood "The Toxic Doughnut".
