Poet Edna St. Vincent Millay wrote, “It's not true that life is one damn thing after another; it's one damn thing over and over.” Unfortunately, we tend to interpret transits as singular events, but they do not occur in a vacuum. For example, Saturn’s opening square to one’s Sun is related to the previous conjunction, closing square, opposition, etc. Transits always have historical precedence and these cycles tell powerful stories that enable us to navigate change.
