Introduction to Vedic Astrology/Jyotish
Friday September 4, 2026 9:00am - 10:15am CDT
Grahas (planets), Rasis (signs), Bhavas (houses) and Drishtis (aspects) will be discussed. Although Western Astrology shares these similar elements, Vedic Astrology also employs many other unique principles, such as Nakshatras (asterisms), Dasas (planetary time periods), Divisional (harmonic) charts, and Yogas (specific planetary combinations), all unique to Jyotish. Knowing and applying these concepts will refine your analytical and predictive abilities immensely.

Secrets of the 12th House and Blind Spots
Sunday September 6, 2026 4:30pm - 5:45pm CDT
Astrologers tend to superficially lump the 12th house challenges into losses, expenditures, and foreign places, but it is much richer. The 12th house is deeply valued in the Vedic tradition because it represents a profound, subconscious realm and introduces the rich, spiritual territory of the void, which leads to enlightenment if we can grasp its ineffable mysteries. Great things can happen if we are willing to unlock its mysteries.
