In this talk, Öner Döşer will provide information about the Horary Astrology techniques used in the Ottoman period, using inferences from the unique 578-page work of the 19th-century Ottoman astrologer Sadullah al-Ankarawi, Mecmuatü’l Ahkam (The Book Where All Predictions Are Collected), and will make evaluations based on sample historical charts given by the author.
