Charlotte (Jyoti Devi) has been a full-time consulting astrologer since 1972. Her credentials include professional diplomas from AFA, NCGR, ISAR, and ACVA, and titles from ICAS and RRRF. Volunteering for Western Astrology organizations was her passion for many years. Now she is honored to serve as the first lady president of The American College of Vedic Astrology, Inc.
