Demetra George, scholar, translator, practitioner, brings contemporary astrology back to its ancient roots, looking to cross-cultural mythologies for the archetypal meanings of newly available planetary bodies. Turning to Greek and Latin texts, she has articulated the history, cosmology, and techniques of traditional astrology. Seven books from Asteroid Goddesses 1986 to two volume Ancient Astrology in Theory and Practice: A Manual of Traditional Techniques 2019-2022.
