Steve Pincus began studying astrology in 1976. His focus on Uranian and Cosmobiological Symmetric techniques began in 1979. He’s a certified AstroCartoGrapher (1985). Former President of the San Francisco Bay Area NCGR Chapter (1985-2015) and currently President Emeritus. He produces the 90° Star Dial System featuring Arlene Kramer's unique design.
