Arlan Wise, OPA certified, OPA Peer Group leader, ISAR C.A.P, has been a professional consulting astrologer since 1978. Arlan was on the Board of Directors of OPA from 1994-2024, serving three terms as president. She helped create OPA’s Astrologer’s Retreats, and OPA’s Certification Process. Arlan teaches writing workshops for astrologers. She edits and reviews astrology books.
